The purpose of this contract is to provide full-service elevator maintenance on a Quarterly basis and repair for two hydraulic passenger elevators to ensure safe, reliable and continuous operations at DFAS-Limestone Operating Location, Building 3502, 27 Arkansas Road Limestone, ME 04750 IAW the solicitations Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement is being solicited as Full and Open Competition. The period of performance will consist of a one-year base period with four (4) additional one-year option periods.
Quotations shall be received by email to Terri Davis at terri.l.davis34.civ@mail.mil by 4:00 PM EST on September 16, 2025.
