Roof Repairs at Modesto Police Department

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Modesto, County of Stanislaus, State of California (“City”), will receive electronic Bids (each, a “Bid”) from qualified Bidders (each, a “Bidder”) for the furnishing of Roof Repairs at Modesto Police Department equipment, materials, supplies and/or related services (the “Services”) for the City of Modesto, Modesto Police Department, Police Division.

There are 4 locations at the Modesto Police Department that need Roof Repairs. The repairs and service include remove all debris from the roof, seal all roof penetrations including roof drains & overflows, air conditioning units and ventilators; ensure all roof drains are functioning properly and are free of clogs; clean & seal all second-story rain gutters around the perimeter of the buildings; trim trees away from roof; replace complete sheet metal vent jacks including boiler chimney cap, domestic hot water chimney cap; Remove moss buildup from the roof; Repair any damaged roof areas discovered during cleaning; repair any damaged foam roofing areas; Remove & reseal approximately 50 liner feet of sheet metal cap; abandon 2 existing roof drains and properly seal them; remove bricks from building and install new sheet metal scuppers and downspouts.
