This Request for Proposals (RFP) is for surveying and engineering services for the design of a shared use path connection from West Deer Park Road to Industrial Drive. The Offeror will design a combination of on grade and elevated shared use path with an emergency vehicle/construction equipment rated bridge across Muddy Branch Stream and associated plans as required. The Offeror will be responsible to obtain all necessary approvals and meet MDOT and City standards and regulations as applicable. The Offeror will be familiar with and shall follow the Development Guide for Local Public Agencies and Other Sub-Recipients of Federal Funds and Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) design grants.
