Overview
Summary

San Mateo County is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to develop and implement a comprehensive Emergency Management Training and Exercise Program. This program aims to enhance the preparedness and response capabilities of city and county employees over a 24- to 36-month period, with a focus on incident response, emergency operations center functions, and all-hazards preparedness, including wildfires, earthquakes, tsunamis, cybersecurity attacks, and other threats. All exercises and training must align with the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) guidelines to ensure a standardized, scalable, and adaptable approach.
