Description
Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept electronic bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources (Owner) for the project entitled Lake Blackshear Resort Cottages in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents.
Project scope of work: Complete implementation of construction documents providing (10) new constructed cottages and associated utilities, infrastructure and sitework.
GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents. Additional information on this process and a link to the project site is provided below in the Invitation to Bid document and the e-Builder Registration & Bid Submittal User Guide.
