Project Description: The City of Waco seeks to procure environmental and pollution liability insurance coverage for its MSW 2400 landfill located at 4730 TK Parkway, Axtell, Texas. The coverage must address new and pre-existing pollution conditions, including cleanup costs, damages, and claim expenses related to pollution incidents identified during the policy period. These protections are essential for managing environmental risks specific to landfill operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Providers must offer policy duration options of one (1), three (3), five (5), or ten (10) years and demonstrate their ability to deliver consistent and uninterrupted coverage for the selected term.
