Description
The contractor shall provide an annual software support and maintenance contract to cover the Rauland Responder 5 Software listed below in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall also provide a lump sum for labor, parts, and repairs to equipment such as call lights, nurse stations, and wiring for the equipment associated with the Rauland Responder 5 system located at the South Texas Veterans Health Care Systems; Audie L. Murphy Memorial Veterans Hospital; 7400 Merton Minter Boulevard; San Antonio, Texas 78229-4404. This shall include technical support and assistance availability within 1 hour of a telephone request for troubleshooting assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The period of performance (PoP) for this effort shall be one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods starting from date of award.
