Structural, Concrete, and Coatings Restorations at Lakeland Electric Iowa Street Garage and adjacent Bridge

The City of Lakeland Public Works – Facilities Maintenance Division is requesting proposals for services of qualified and experienced State Certified Licensed General Contractor (CGC) registered in the State of Florida with extensive experience with structural, concrete repairs and coatings to perform all work outlined in the attached project sp ecifications and construction documents for the Lakeland Electric Iowa Street Garage and adjacent Bridge - Structural, Concrete, and Coatings Restorations.

The subject building is an existing five-story parking garage structure with a pedestrian bridge to the adjacent building across the street that was originally constructed in 1998. The garage is constructed of reinforced concrete elements, including slab floors, pre-cast double-tee deck framing, columns and beams. The bridge, excluding the roof covering, is also constructed of concrete elements, including a slab walking surface, roof ceiling, parapet walls, columns and beams.
