Submission: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Vernal City Office located at 374 East Main Street, Vernal, Utah, 84078, until March 3, 2025 at 2:00 PM
Pre-bid Conference: A mandatory in person pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Monday, February 24, 2025, at 11 AM local time at the Vernal Airport – Operations Building, 730 E 800 S, Vernal, Utah, 84078. Bids will not be accepted from bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
