THIS IS NOW A SOLICITATION NOTICE N40085‐24-B-2500 to perform the requirement. Based on the market research results, the procurement will be solicited as a set‐aside for certified Small Businesses with current relevant qualifications, experience, personnel, and capabilities to perform the proposed requirement. NAVFAC Mid‐Atlantic's Office of Small Business Programs concurs with the determination to solicit to all Small Business types.
The work includes to providing all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, facilities, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide demolition. The contractor shall be certified with the proper federal, state, and local Environmental Protection Agency credential to remove and transport hazardous materials. The contractor shall provide certification requirements to the Government at the pre-ward conference prior to the start of the work.
The procurement method to be utilized is FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding.
The proposed contract listed here is solicited to all Small Business types and is therefore subject to Federal Acquisition Regulation clause 52.219-1. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238910 and the annual size standard is $16,500,000.00.
This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. No prior contract information exists.
Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation, and any attachments, at https://sam.gov when it becomes available, free of charge. Plans, specifications, and drawings will be available for electronic download on or about 30 January 2025. The estimated date for receipt of proposals is 30 days after the solicitation issue date. This solicitation will be available in electronic format only.
Offerors shall submit with their offer a bid bond of 20% of the amount of their proposal.
