| Description: | The Purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Vendors to conduct a financial statement audit of the Investment Programs (as defined below) of the Treasurer of the State of North Carolina (the “Treasurer”). It is the intent of the Department to select one Vendor to provide all required services. The audit must be completed by a certified public accounting firm and conducted in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America and the standards applicable to financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards, issued by the Comptroller General of the United States. Vendor shall be responsible for completing the final audit report in accordance with the requirements listed throughout this RFP. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFP and any addenda issued hereto. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Contract. |

Description
The Purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Vendors to conduct a financial statement audit of the Investment Programs (as defined below) of the Treasurer of the State of North Carolina (the “Treasurer”). It is the intent of the Department to select one Vendor to provide all required services.
