The intent of this Invitation for Bids is to obtain competitive pricing from qualified organizations to provide, service and maintain laundry equipment, which includes washers and dryers to eight U.S. HUD-aided elderly and disabled resident developments owned and operated by the LHA in Lowell, MA in accordance with the documents prepared by the LHA.
Vendor shall supply and install card operated washer and dryers along with kiosks to allow residents to replenish their cards. The IFB is available to download from www.lhma.org/bids.
