The Conchas Dam and Lake (Project) is managed by the Albuquerque District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. In addition, the Project site provides recreation activities for public use. This contract is pursuant to the authority contained in Section 120 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1976 (Public Law 94-587) and updated by Public Law Development Act of 1976 (Public Law 94-587), and updated by Public Law 96-536, and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5).
This contract will provide necessary services for pumping and proper sewage disposal for all Government facilities located within the Conchas Dam Project boundaries. The Contractor shall accomplish sewage pumping of requested facilities within two working days of notification by the point of contact or authorized representative.
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform sewage pumping and removal services at Conchas Dam requested by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) in accordance with the contract, as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards of this contract.
