Project Description: Statement of Qualifications
Jordan School District is seeking qualified architects to design and renovate roughly 340,000 square feet of West Jordan High School. The method of construction procurement will be Construction Manager / General Contractors. The proposed items that have been identified to update consist of, but are not limited to:
• Architectural Upgrades • Electrical Upgrades • Mechanical Upgrades • Structural Upgrades • Coordination with CMGC with multiple phases of construction • Construction to commence in Fall 2025 • Construction to be completed by Summer of 2029 • Total estimated budget for this work is $80,000,000.
