Project Description: The Town of Palm Beach, Florida ("The Town") is hereby requesting qualified HVAC contractors to submit competitive bids to perform removal and installation of AC units at the following location:
• Town Hall, located at 360 S County Road Palm Beach, FL 33480
The awarded contractor shall provide all necessary labor, parts, material, tools and equipment to install the new units inclusive of new control valves.

SUBMISSION:
The Town only accepts online submittal of bids through Euna, the eProcurement platform linked to the Town website, promoting a greener footprint.
MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT:
A mandatory pre-bid meeting/site visit will begin at Town of Palm Beach Town Hall, located at 360 S County Road Palm Beach, FL 33480. Attendance is mandatory; only vendors who are in attendance will be permitted to submit a bid.
AWARD:
Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Invitation to Bid.
The Town reserves the right to award to that bidder who will best serve the interests of the Town, and to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award or not award a contract based on this bid proposal.
The Town reserves the right to award on an all-or-none basis, on a line-by-line basis, or on a per lot/building basis.
Prices quoted must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the close of the bid.
RESPONSIBLE VENDOR DETERMINATION:
Respondent is hereby notified that Section 287.05701, Florida Statutes, requires that the Town of Palm Beach may not request documentation of or consider a vendor’s social, political, or ideological interest when determining if the vendor is a responsible vendor.
