Project Description: The Brandywine Conservancy & Museum of Art (The Conservancy) will receive sealed bids for the High Trail Improvements. Bids shall be received electronically via the PennBid online bid management program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) by The Conservancy by 3:00 PM (Prevailing Time) on June 2, 2025.
Bid Documents, including the Specifications, will be available beginning April 30, 2025, on PennBid. Bidders can register electronically with PennBid to make a submission and to obtain Bid Documents at no cost.
Questions regarding the Bid Documents shall be submitted via the “Ask a question” feature on the PennBid site no later than May 16, 2025, 5:00 PM, and all questions will be answered by May 23, 2025. A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting shall be held on May 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM, 1 Hoffmans Mill Road, Chadds Ford, PA. Further details for the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be provided through PennBid.
Bids that are timely submitted through PennBid will be made available through PennBid within an hour after the bid deadline.
