Designer Advertisement- HEPA Filters for Labs 428 and 440

Project: HEPA Filters for Labs 428 and 440, NC State Project #202520002

Description: The project will add HEPA filtration to the exhaust of BSL-3 laboratories, 428 (885sf) and 440 (892sf) located in the CVM Research Building, 1051 William Moore Drive, to ensure all potentially infectious aerosols from respiratory pathogens are properly filtered before being exhausted.

Project Scope: The budget of $625,000 incorporates design, construction, and all associated soft costs

Project Site: The project is located at 1051 William Moore Drive in the West Campus Precinct.

Pre-Submittal Meeting: A Pre-submittal Meeting will NOT be held.

Submission Closing Date: 5:00 PM on April 22, 2025
