One-Two Sentences
Renovation and modernization of 53,800 GSF Walker Hall. The scope will include installation of an energy efficient HVAC system, elevator upgrade, roof replacement, and exterior improvements to address water infiltration issues. Interior renovations will occur as allowed by project budget.
