necessary for the continued operations of the AF DCGS Enterprise
Collection Planner (ECP) software system. This system is comprised of both
manual and auto-routing capabilities used for sensor collection planning

actionable intelligence to the warfighter. This requirement is for
Engineering Services, Program Management Support and Flight Test
