The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals – Tactical and Firearm Building. Scope: The renovated Tactical and Firearm Facility is an approximately 3,000 one story facility consisting of a classroom, offices, and general storage rooms. The building addition will be a metal structure with a standing seam metal roof and provide additional shading. Exterior cladding will consist of brick masonry to match the existing façade. The site includes a 2500 square foot Shoot House. Equipment for the Shoot House will be provided by a preferred manufacturer and installed by the contractor. The Shoot House will be covered by an open Pre-Engineered metal pavilion. Fenced, accessible walkways from the Tactical and Firearm Facility will be provided.

Site-visit
A non-mandatory Site Visit is scheduled on September 5, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. C.T. The San Antonio Police Training Academy address is 12200 SE Loop 410, San Antonio, Texas 78221. All interested attendees meet at the front entrance of the academy to be escorted to the site.
