- Summary:The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a term contract or contracts for energy management system services, preventative maintenance, repairs and inspections of direct digital control systems (DDC) for all departments and activities for Fairfax County Public Schools and Offices. This work shall include system servers, workstations hardware and software per the manufacturer’s recommendations. This includes but is not limited to programming and database backup for controller software but also software upgrades, troubleshooting, and repairs of various Building Automation System (BAS) hardware. This includes device calibrations, modifications, installations, and reconfigurations of Direct Digital Controls (DDC). Additionally, it involves updates to workstations, server graphical user interfaces, as well as making necessary corrections and modifications. The scope also covers the setup and customization of system alarms and trending, along with providing training sessions and developing operation and maintenance manuals, as well as as-built diagrams related to the work performed.
