Description
There will be a Mandatory Information Session with respect to this RFP on April 2, 2026 starting at 10:30AM, at John F. Kennedy High School, 422 Highland Ave, Waterbury, CT (meet in Main Lobby), which will be followed immediately by a site walk through at Crosby High School, 300 Pierpont Road, Waterbury, CT. ATTENDANCE AND ON-TIME SIGN-IN AT THE INFORMATION SESSION IS MANDATORY. THOSE LATE/NOT ATTENDING WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL.
JFK and Crosby High Schools are seeking proposals from qualified audio-visual contractors for the design, engineering, installation, programming, testing and commissioning of a complete turnkey sound system upgrade for each of their gymnasiums.
