Utah State University intends to purchase a subscription for Impact Cloud from Instructure Inc. Impact is the only tool of its kind that provides the features within the Instructure Canvas Learning Management System (LMS). Features include 1) customized in-app messaging that targets unique user roles and is triggered by specific UI actions or elements; 2) customized usage monitoring and reporting of user interface elements and third-party plugins, and 3) A built-in knowledge base and support center for end users.
