Wilsonville Community Center Siding Replacement

The Project consists of replacing the exterior siding for the Wilsonville Community Center. The project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision for removal and replacement of the existing exterior siding, repainting and performance of such additional and incidental work as called for by the Specifications and Contract Documents.

Sealed bids for the Wilsonville Community Center Siding Replacement (“Project”) will be accepted at the City of Wilsonville, City Hall, 29799 SW Town Center Loop East, Wilsonville, Oregon 97070, by mail or hand delivery, until Tuesday June 3, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., Local Time. At 2:00 p.m. all bids will be publicly opened and read. First–tier subcontractor disclosure submittals from Bidders will be received until June 3, 2025 at 4:00 p.m., Local Time. Bidders that fail to submit disclosure forms within the allowable time period will be considered non-responsive and the submitted bid will be rejected.
