Description:

The NYS Department of Environmental Conservation is seeking bids for the Sale of Forest Products –

64.5 MBF more/less hardwood sawtimber and 120 Cords more/less hardwood firewood.

Contract extensions may be granted, at the discretion of the DEC upon written request of the Contractor, when extenuating circumstances exist. No extension shall exceed 12 months in length, and the total length of all extensions shall not exceed 24 months. Requests for extensions shall be made in writing at least 60 days prior to Contract termination date.
