The City of San Antonio’s (City) Aviation Department is seeking Statements of Qualifications from professionally qualified firms with an interest in providing environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives and engineering consulting services, to include those specific to the aviation industry. These services need to comply with the regulations set forth by the Texas Commission for Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) regarding management of industrial stormwater planning/permitting, soil/water profiling and sampling, soil excavation, municipal solid waste, hazardous waste, construction waste, hazardous materials, emissions, indoor air quality, recycling, solar power, water conservation, energy efficiency, planning, zoning, testing, monitoring, NEPA, cultural resources and various other City environmental projects.
