This will be a brand name requirement for Schweitzer Engineering Laboratory Relays and Panels. The Bureau of Reclamation, Columbia-Pacific Northwest Region, Yakima Field Office has a requirement for relays and panels. The anticipated issue date for the Request for Quote, 140R1725Q0010, (written) is approximately the first week of November 2024. The anticipated award date is the first week of December 2024. Reclamation intends to award one fixed-price supply contract. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to awarding any contract resulting from this solicitation.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 335314, Relay and Industrial Control Manufacturing. The applicable Product Service Code is 5945, Relays and Solenoids. The small business standard size is 750 employees.

These items will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. This requirement is a total small business set aside. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation.
