Construction Management Services FEMS Fleet Maintenance Facility

The District of Columbia (the “District”), acting and through its Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to engage a Construction Manager (“Contractor”) to provide professional construction management support services (“Construction Management Services”) to assist the District in the construction, commissioning, and turnover of the new Fire Emergency Medical Services (“FEMS”) Fleet Maintenance Facility (the “Project”).
