Description: |
The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP), Bureau of Emergency and Special Operations (BESO) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure a custom tactical training course for the Special Emergency Response Team (SERT). This is a no substitute solicitation.
Questions must be submitted in writing to RA-SPPSPBIDS@PA.GOV no later than May 6, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Worker Protection and Investment form BOP-2201 provided must be completed by an authorized vendor representative and uploaded with bid submission. Current certificate of insurance in accordance with IFB terms and conditions must be uploaded with bid submission listing PSP as certificate holder and including language as additional insured. ONLY ELECTRONIC BID RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SUBMISSION. All bidders are responsible for monitoring the DGS eMarketplace website to view any change notices for this IFB. Any change notices shall become incorporated as part of this bid. In order to submit a bid response, interested vendors must be registered.
