Project Description: The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) requests the services of a Construction Contractor to replace the roof system located at the Healthy Communities Building (HCB) 3900 Ambassador Drive, Anchorage, AK 99508.
The HCB roofing system has had multiple leaks, and the roof is no longer under warranty. This project will replace the entire existing roofing system with new single-ply membrane roofing system.
