Norfolk District Area of Responsibility Minor Construction Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single-Award Contract

Specific work includes task orders for: Minor Construction, Demolition, and Maintenance which may include design work, interior and exterior building repairs/renovations including HVAC, plumbing, painting and wall coverings, roofing, building envelope, waterproofing, doors and windows, floor coverings, interior/exterior electrical and lighting, ceilings; asphalt road resurfacing, patching, repair, milling; concrete curbs gutters and drain inlets; masonry and specialized stonework to include monuments; domestic water, sanitary sewer and storm drain-line repair/replacement/relining; backflow device installation and replacement; finish grading, sod installation and landscaping in disturbed areas; and other minor construction work.

Place of Performance: Individual task orders will primarily be performed at the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR). However work may be performed anywhere within USACE Norfolk’s AOR, i.e., within the Commonwealth of Virginia and includes the Holston Army Ammunition Plant in eastern Tennessee.
