Town of Diamond Valley

The Town of Diamond Valley, in partnership with the Town of Cochrane and the MD of Bighorn, invites qualified proponents to submit proposals to develop AIMS-Compliant Municipal Emergency Management Plan (MEMP) Templates. This project aims to create comprehensive, flexible, and user-friendly templates that align with the Alberta Incident Management System (AIMS) standards and can be effectively adopted and customized by municipalities of varying sizes, resources, and risk profiles within the collaboration group.

The final deliverable will include modular and adaptable emergency management templates designed to meet legislative compliance, enhance operational readiness, facilitate standardized regional response, and significantly improve coordination capabilities across the diverse municipalities in Alberta participating in this collaborative initiative, in accordance with the Request for Proposal (RFP) Terms, Conditions, and Specifications outlined.
