In section 1.1 (Scope) of the Performance Work Statement the contract requires a SR20/SR22/SR22T equipped with 2-4 seats. All Cirrus Aircraft manufactured after 2011 are equipped with 5 seats. Can you please confirm a proposal including 5 seat SR20/SR22/SR22T aircraft will be accepted?:
