Project: LTUY232039 Repair/Replace Boiler System with Ground Source Heat Pump, Building 290

Description: Design-build ground source heat pump system to replace existing boiler system for Building 290. The facility is approximately 8,200 square feet and this project will include updating the existing boiler and heating fan coil units plus window air conditioning units to a centralized geo-exchange system and install direct digital controls for the building's energy management system.
