Description

Solicitation N00421-26-Q-1080 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a Brand Name/ Sole Source basis with Mettler-Toledo.

The integrity of the Program’s network would be at stake if new platform configurations were introduced, particularly with a staff unfamiliar with off-brands. As such, the potential for introduction of IA vulnerabilities is significantly higher. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.

The Government intends to award this on a brand name basis. All interested parties MUST submit a brand name quote no later than 15:00 pm on 27 MAR 2026.



ALTHOUGH NOT SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS; "REASONABLE" OFFERS FROM SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS WILL BE THE PRIORITY FOR CONSIDERATION.
