This purpose of this amendment is to remove the clause "52.229-11 Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements - Notice and Representation" as its not applicable, update the salient characteristics, incorporate revised SOW, add Q&A, and Room Drawings. See additional attachments for all information.

This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Total Small Business set aside. The NAICS code is 332410 Power Boiler and Heat Exchanger Manufacturing, size standard is 750 employees. PSC 4410. This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement for a replacement boiler. Refer to salient characteristics and technical criteria listed in the attached RFQ.
PROJECT OVERVIEW. The purpose of this project is to replace the existing gas-fired boiler system in Building 575 at JBSA-Randolph, TX, with a new, energy-efficient, and code-compliant system to meet the facility's long-term heating requirements. The Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for the contractor to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, incidentals, and quality assurance necessary for the removal, disposal, and replacement of the existing system and its associated components.
Refer to attached RFQ and SOW for information regarding this requirement. Please provide quote to POCs listed in the RFQ.
Questions/Concerns: All questions/concerns must be submitted in writing by email no later than Monday, 25 August 2025 at 10:00 am CDT. Responses to questions will be posted by the Government on the ebuy.gsa.gov website, as received. Questions submitted after this date/time will not be considered.
