Rentschler Field Tower Roof Replacement
The project includes the removal and replacement of the existing roofing system, including membrane, insulation, flashings, drains, decking, and roof accessories. It also involves installing a new TPO membrane system with insulation, metal trim, and drainage components, as well as new roof walkways and ladders. All demolished materials will be disposed of offsite. This project includes but is not limited to all work shown on the Project Drawings and Project Manual. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at Rentschler Field located at 615 Silver Lane, East Hartford at 1:00 PM on May 2, 2025
