The contractor shall provide two (2) industrial-grade Dehumidifiers, IAT-300 REC with Humidistats and 50ft Cables
Each unit should be equipped with a humidistat that can communicate even when located 50 ft away from the dehumidifier (non-Bluetooth connection).

Scope of Responsibility: The selected contractor shall be responsible for all aspects of delivery, including:
