Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Demolition and remodel of the north half of level four of an existing office building, including new mechanical and electrical systems for remodeled areas. Remodel of existing restrooms on each of the following floors: Basement, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 3, Level 4 & Level 5.
