TRAKA ASSA ABLOY Key Management System to replace the current system



The TRAKA ASSA ABLOY Key Management System will provide continuous control of over keys and can be expanded for up to 1000 keys per unit. . The Contractor shall provide all hardware, software, licensing, installation, configuration, maintenance, training and shipping to destination as necessary to meet the requirements described in Task 1 – 4.




  1. Description of Tasks and Deliverables





The Contractor shall purchase, install, configure and train users on the Traka Assa Abloy Key Management System in Task 1 with the following characteristics.

  • Keys are readily available 24/7

  • Access by authorized users only

  • 7” capacitive touch screen for accurate input

  • Full audit trail of all users and key transactions

  • Securely store and manage up to 180 keys (or up to 360 keys using double-density strips) in 1 unit, or up to 720 keys using extension units

  • Easy access via PIN code, card reader and/or biometric fingerprint reader

  • Battery backup

  • Soft close-down with no data loss in the event of long term power failure

4.0 CONTRACT TYPE.





This contract shall be Firm Fixed Price. There is NO cost reimbursement for travel or after hours support.





6.0 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE





The Contractor shall deliver all hardware, software, license, supplies, and maintenance support agreements and documentation within 30 days of contract award. The Contractor shall perform installation and configuration of all hardware and software within 60 days of contractor award, unless otherwise agreed upon by both the Contractor and Government
