Broward County is announcing the following solicitation opportunity issue by another entity, National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) Value Point, thru State of Oklahoma. Interested vendors may view this solicitation opportunity on entity’s site (listed below) and respond in accordance with entity’s instructions.
Broward County will not accept solicitation responses for this opportunity. All solicitation’s questions should be directed to issuing entity. Broward County may or may not access (award) this contract for Broward County Board of County Commissioners.

The NASPO ValuePoint Request for Proposals (RFP) EVO00000453 for Debris Removal and Monitoring Services was released by the State of Oklahoma on March 3, 2025. All vendor proposals must be submitted by 3:00 pm Central Time on April 14, 2025.
The RFP’s purpose is to establish competitive, best value contract(s) for use by participating entities to obtain either emergent or non-emergent services regarding Debris Removal and the independent monitoring required. This is a full-services contract to include both services, separated into categories of debris type.
The goal is to develop multiple awards that provide options to public entities in need of Debris Removal and Monitoring Services. Contractor’s Proposal in emergency response should have the ability to meet all FEMA crisis criterion when utilized in a time of disaster or declared emergency. Awarded contract(s) are not only for emergency response purposes, however if used with the intent to partner with FEMA, they must meet criteria outlined in 2 C.F.R. §§ 200.317 – 200.327.
The Master Agreement(s) resulting from this procurement may be used by state governments (including departments, agencies, institutions), institutions of higher education, political subdivisions (i.e., colleges, school districts, counties, cities, etc.), the District of Columbia, territories of the United States, and other eligible entities subject to approval of the individual chief procurement official and compliance with local statutory and regulatory provisions.
