The Lenawee Intermediate School District (LISD), a regional educational service agency located in Adrian, Michigan, seeks bids from qualified vendors for the provision of lawn, landscape, and snow removal services for its educational campuses and other facilities. Lawn and landscape services are to be provided during the 2025 season, and snow removal and de-icing services are to be provided during the 2025-2026 season.

All proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “BID ? LAWN, LANDSCAPE, AND SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES” . Proposals shall be mailed or delivered in person to the LISD William J. Ross Education Service Center , attention Tom Kasefang, Director of Facilities and Maintenance, 4107 North Adrian Highway, Adrian, Michigan 49221. Neither Facsimile nor e-mail bids will be accepted. Proposals must be received by LISD at or before 10:00 am EST on Friday, May 16, 2025. Proposals received after the deadline will be disqualified and returned unopened.

Questions will only be addressed via email so that responses may be shared with all interested parties in the form of addenda to this RFB. If you wish to receive a copy of any addenda published, please notify Tom Kasefang ( tom.kasefang@lisd.us ) requesting such. Questions must be submitted for response no later than five business days (M-F) prior to the response deadline. Questions received after that time may not be answered at the discretion of the LISD.
