1. GENERAL OBJECTIVES AND REQUIREMENTS: The Buffalo VA Medical Center is seeking to establish a contract to obtain hotel rooms as part of the Hoptel Service offered to eligible Veterans. The Contractor shall be listed in FEMA’s List of Approved Hotels and Motels for Federal Travelers (or equivalent rating subject to Contracting Officers approval) located within 6 driving miles of the Buffalo VA Medical Center located at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215.
