This project includes these three printed items, stuffed, and sealed. (32,000) Bill Stamp, (32,000) Insert Card, & (32,000) Envelopes. The Stamp Bill is one sided, full bleed, full color, with a perforation. The Insert Card is one-sided, no bleed, one color tag stock. The Envelope is one color with no bleed featuring unique numbering. Printer shall insert a stamp and insert card into an envelope and seal. See ITB |
