Description

Soliciation of services to provide:

Onsite instructor led training and all training materials for Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue for 25 people at the Watervliet Arsenal per attached Statement of Work.

Service Contract Labor Standards do not apply.

This will be a sole source award with Vitalsmarts, LC. All responsible offerors may submit a quote which will be evaluated.
