Montgomery County Recreation (REC) is responsible for providing and operating indoor year-round swim centers for the public’s use. The County is seeking a Contractor to provide complete custodial services for four (4) indoor pool facilities as outlined in this solicitation. Regular cleaning will take place at night when the facility is closed and patrons have vacated the facility. Within each swim center, the areas to be included within the coverage of the custodial contract are all areas except the natatorium and mechanical rooms.

The four indoor pools operated by MCR are as follows:
