The Government is soliciting proposals from private and/or public entities interested in leasing all or a portion of approximately six-hundred and three (603) acres of land located east of State Road 85, north of State Road 20 and south of State Road 293 east of Eglin AFB, FL for the purposes of financing, permitting, developing, constructing, installing, owning, maintaining and operating improvements upon the Property for commercial (non-Air Force) use and operation. Request for Lease Proposal (AFCEC-25-R-0001) illustrates and describes the available parcel, requirements and the source selection methodology for this proposed Enhanced Use Lease (EUL), which supports the Government’s notional requirement to optimize the value of this under-utilized property in accordance with Executive Order 13327, Federal Real Property Asset Management and Air Force EUL authorities and processes. A EUL is a non-Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) real estate transaction executed in accordance with 10 USC 2667. This is not a FAR solicitation for products and/or services. Interested sources should prepare and submit their responses, proposals and supporting information in accordance with AFCEC-25-R-0001.

Site visits will consist of a drive-through inspection of the premises and surrounding areas on September 17, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (CST) at the Eglin AFB Golf Course, 1527 Fairway Drive, Niceville, FL 32578. The installation point of contact is Ms. Kelli Schwendt (96ceg.ceiap.realpropertyoffice@us.af.mil). Participation is optional and not required to submit a response to the RFLP.
Responses are due no later than 4:00 PM Central Time on 3 October 2025.
