Ground Maintenance

THIS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC)-Fort Buchanan has a Request for Proposal No. W912C326RA004 for Ground Maintenance Services. A Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded for this requirement. The RFP will be issued on or about 18 Feb 2026.

The RFP will be issued as 8(a) certified on a competitive basis. All responsible sources are invited to submit Proposals under this solicitation.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 561730, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. The size standard is $9.5 Million.

MICC has a requirement for Ground Maintenance Services that includes furnishing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, insurance and other items required to perform the Ground Maintenance Services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to support services for Fort Buchanan Army Reserve Installation, PR.

All interested parties are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for status of RFP and amendments, if any. Any amendments issued will need to be signed and submitted with the Proposal. Failure to submit amendments with the Proposal may render the Proposal not eligible for further consideration for award.
