Request for Proposal Information Technology Managed Services

1) The City of McFarland (hereinafter “CITY”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to submit proposals for Professional Services to provide Information Technology Managed Services to the City.

2) The services to be performed by the successful proposer are described in the Request for Proposal in the Project Scope of Work Section. Copies of the Request for Proposals are available from the CITY at:

3) All responses shall be submitted to the City Manager/Finance Director of the City of McFarland on or before, Friday October 31, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Please submit one (1) electronic copy to:

4) All responsive proposals shall be reviewed and evaluated by the CITY in order to determine which proposer best meets the CITY’s needs for service. The criteria by which the CITY shall evaluate proposals are set forth in the Request for Proposals.

5) The CITY reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any irregularities in any proposal or the proposal process.

6) In the event that it becomes necessary to revise any part of the RFP, written addenda will be issued.
