Scope of Services
The intent of this solicitation is to upgrade and modernize the design of existing cell door food pass through openings by retrofitting current security door flaps with an advanced, high security, contactless food pass through system. This enhancement is intended to reduce direct physical interaction between staff and incarcerated individuals, mitigate risk during meal distribution, and strengthen overall facility security. Additionally, the improved system is expected to streamline operational workflows, reduce wear and maintenance associated with manual food pass mechanisms, and support a safer, more controlled environment for both staff and residents.
